Mobility Class Update

Hey gang, Due to low attendance, we have cancelled the mobility class for both the 10am and 230pm time slots. However, for those still need needing extra mobility outside class we as a staff are always here for you! (We will also be adding in extra mobility to our normal classes.) We have a specific shoulder and back rehab program written up for anyone that needs extra work in these specific areas.
