New Week!

— Reebok CrossFit ONE! I wanted to take some time for to let you know what is coming down the pipeline and give you some insight into the direction that we are going! Denise Thomas is back and she is hosting the woman’s strength class on Tuesday and Wednesday at 7:30-8:30am! Denise will be coaching regular classes throughout the day as well, so be sure to come to classes this week to see the Brit! The Reebok CrossFit Games season starts soon, and we will be hosting WODs for the public for one week out of the 5, and facilitating exciting throw-downs at other boxes each week…so get excited for that!!!! Reminder that there is no more mobility class, but we have the back and shoulder Rehab programs that have been working great for members, so please ask if you feel like you are a little banged up! On Ramp is almost done and we have a new one right around the corner, so get ready to welcome some new faces into the regular classes and if you know someone that wants to get into the next on ramp, send them our way and we will take care of them!
