Here is a brief video describing the types of things we will be doing.  The man on the right is Louis Simmons, the creator of the Conjugate System.

Have you ever wanted to move weight faster?  Are your max lifts not improving fast enough for you?  Tight or weak hamstrings holding you back from seeing gains?  If your answers were yes to any of the above questions, the men’s strength class is for you.  The class will be twice a week.  Mondays and Fridays at 3pm.  We will squat and deadlift….FAST.  After each lifting session there will be accessory work to strengthen the stabilizing muscles.  The finisher will be sled work and ABS!

The class will be capped at 10.  The first 2 members in are as follows:

The first 8 members that comment on this post will be in!!!  If you don’t make it in the first cycle, no worries.  If all goes well this program will be here to stay and you can jump in on another cycle.  WE START TOMORROW 2/25/13!!
