Ok Crazy CrossFitters!!

We know you’re all concerned about not getting to the gym today, your Reebok CrossFit ONE coaches are always here for you.   This one is easily doable in your living room, feel free to scale up and use a small (bored) child as a weight vest on your back or shoulders.

Pick your Poison…

“Death by Push up”

Perform 1 Push up the first minute
2 push ups the second minute
3 push ups the third minute
Until you are no longer able to complete all push ups within that minute

***Rest at the top of the push up (plank) position only***

Or

“Death by Squats”

Perform 1 Squat the first minute
2 Squats the second minute
3 Squats the third minute

Until you are no longer able to complete all Squats within that minute

***Rest at the bottom of the squat position only (make sure you’re active at the bottom of that squat)***
