Last night, Lindsey shared with Regionals competitors the letters many of you wrote to inspire us for this weekend.  WOW, mission accomplished. Not only am blown away and completely inspired for the weekend, I was also motivated last night to write a letter of my own… Three years ago, I don’t think ANY of us knew what we were about to do.  Sure, this new partnership with CrossFit was fresh and exciting.  And yes, those coaches that came for GMM all had bodies to die for. But Reebok already had a gym – a great one.  Why would a fresh coat of paint, some kettlebells and a pull-up rig in an abandoned area of Building 5 ever be worth the walk? Boy were we in for a surprise…  In just a few months, we learned that movement is universal and limits are only temporary.  We learned a new language, celebrated small victories and discovered muscles we never knew we had. We saw how a few impactful individuals can generate a resilient and robust community. And finally, we experienced how this resilient community can have the power to improve wellbeing and transform lives. What a journey. And as we enter our third Reebok CrossFit Games season as Reebok CrossFIt ONE, many of you have taken the time to write, email or stop us in the hall to wish us good luck. Thank YOU for all the best wishes.  However, as a wise man recently pointed out, luck has nothing to do with it.
