Warm Up

Basic Rings


Ring Dip


Three rounds for time:
5x Rope Climb, 15 feet
21x Ring Dip
50x Squat

After Bash

Team Relay for time:
50-meter Combat Drill
50-meter Farmer’s Carry

Travel WOD

Three rounds for time:
10x Pull (i.e., Row, Pull-down, Pull-up, etc.)
21x Bench Dip
50x Squat
