After Bash

Hip and Shoulder Mobility

Travel WOD

As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes:
5x Pull (i.e., Row, Pull-down, Pull-up, etc.)
10x Pushup
15x Squat

As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes:
