Meet Brooke Snyder!

Brooke is a member of CrossFit Fenway and Reebok ONE, and has been part of the CrossFit community since December 2012. She has been practicing yoga for a little over 4 years. This past February, Brooke earned her Level One CrossFit certificate and is a graduate of Jaqcui Bonwell and Elyse Foster’s 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training program. Brooke is a Registered Yoga Teacher with the Yoga Alliance and has had the honor and privilege to learn and train from Jaqcui Bonwell, Elyse Foster, David Vendetti and Johnny Gillepsie among her many students.

Brooke earned her master’s degree in Publishing from Pace University, and attended the Park School of Communications at Ithaca College for her undergraduate degree, but don’t ask her to spell convenience.

Brooke loves CrossFit, the community and everything that it stands for. The purpose of Brooke’s yoga class will be to help you become more aware of your alignment and breathing, increase the amount of time spent on mobilizing, lengthen your muscles as you strengthen them, increase your overall balance and flexibility, and most importantly, restore and recharge for the next WOD
