We are inviting all individual qualifying athletes to Reebok CrossFit ONE to train in a highly competitive setting in preparation for the 2014 Reebok CrossFit Games. We believe training with athletes who are as good as you, if not better, will push your limits and expand the margins of your experience. In addition to the physical and mental challenge, this is an unrivaled opportunity to train with the fittest athletes in the world. That is the purpose of the Training Grounds. We will primarily train at Reebok CrossFit ONE, a 13,000 sq. ft. CrossFit affiliate. We will also train on the Northeast Regional Games floor and utilize Reebok World Headquarters and the surrounding campus including a 400m track, soccer, football, baseball fields, a full size indoor basketball court, Blue Hills Trails and Mountain, an Olympic sized swimming pool, and the Atlantic ocean. Also invited to the Training Grounds are an array of specialty coaches for the athletes. Lastly, we have an Olympic-level swim coach who will help improve your skills in the water. This will be an amazing month of gains, growth, and Reebok CrossFit Games prep. The Training Grounds is the opportunity to prepare yourself for the toughest fitness test of your life.
