Heavy Squat Day – Review Overhead Squat/Front Squat


Squat Mash-Up EMOM until failure
1. Overhead Squat
Start with empty barbell and increase weight 10# till failure
2. Front Squat
Squat Start with ending OHS weight and increase 10# until failure

After Bash:

Medball Clean and tosses for distance

ONE Nation Competitors:

1. Strict Press
2. OHS
3. Front Squat

Travel WOD:

EMOM until failure (or 10:00)
10 Dumbbell Front Squats
