Pat and I became friends when I started at CrossFit Fenway. You may have seen him compete with CrossFit Southie. I like to say we “CrossFit grew up together” when it started getting popular in the Boston area. We trained and competed together for years and grew to be very good friends and teammates. It has been a year since he was diagnosed with cancer. His birthday was a couple of days ago on July 28th.

Along with CrossFit Southie and CrossFit Wicked, we will continue the annual tradition today and do”PR for Pat” to support him. Pat is one of the most hard working, genuine, bravest, kindest guy I know. Let’s show him some love through some fitness.
