Monday Schedule Update!

In light of Mondays tragic events at the Boston Marathon the coaches of Reebok CrossFit ONE would like to join members of senior management in the Spine at 2:30 p.m. on Monday, April 22. We will move outside at the time of the first blast for a moment of silence and walk a silent lap around the Canton campus in a show of solidarity. We encourage others to do so as well and therefore we are canceling the both 2:00 classes (both Endurance and Masters classes) for the day.  Thank you for your understanding and please feel free to contact us with concerns. ~Reebok CrossFit ONE Coaching...

Last week I sent an email out to a few people looking for inspiration for the team. I wanted to know what inspires people, to come in and CrossFit.. and also what inspires them and you, to watch people like Austin and Mel and the Reebok CrossFit ONE team compete.  Why do you come, what does it do for YOU, does it inspire you, does it simply entertain?
