  1. Is there any total reps for any of these movements? Or is it just each one until failure?

    • I checked the Hope fore Cures website. It looks like each round is 5 minutes and you switch exercises after 1 minute.

    me. Anyways, I’m definitely happy I found it and I’ll be bookmarking and

  3. When I originally commented I clicked the “Notify me when new comments are added” checkbox and now each time
