Complete 20 minutes, every minute, on-the-minute where the odd intervals are 1x Power Snatch, and the even intervals are 20x Swing @ 70/55-lbs.

Travel WOD

Complete 20 minutes, every minute, on-the-minute where the odd intervals are 5x Clapping Pushup, and the even intervals are 15x Lunge Jump.
