Exercising muscles around the core, CXWORX™ provides the vital ingredient for a stronger body. A stronger core makes you better at all things you do, from everyday life to your favorite sports – it’s the glue that holds everything together. All the moves in CXWORX have options, so it’s challenging but achievable for your own level of fitness. During the 30-minute workout trained instructors guide you through correct technique as you work with resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as body weight exercises like crunches, and hovers. You will also get into some hip, butt and lower back exercises.

Les Mills RPM™
RPM™ is a group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. It’s fun, low impact and you can burn up to 675 calories a session*. With great music pumping and the group spinning as one, your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. In an RPM workout you repeatedly spin the pedals to reach your cardio peak then ease back down, keeping pace with the pack to lift your personal performance and boost your cardio fitness. Pilates classes build strength, flexibility and lean muscle tone with an emphasis on lengthening the body and aligning the spine, rather than on bulking and shortening the muscles.
Spin is a high energy indoor cycling class led by a motivating instructor and accompanied by the instructor’s unique playlist of powerful and energizing music.
Yoga cultivates health and wellbeing (physical, emotional, mental and social) through the regular practice of a range of many different techniques, including postures and movement, breath awareness and breathing exercises, relaxation and concentration, self-inquiry and meditation. Suitable to all levels, no experience required.
This 60-minute program incorporates footwork and body movements from flamenco, salsa and other dances. Participants pump their legs, windmill their arms, gyrate their hips, clap their hands, dip, slide and spin — all to a frenzied beat that leaves them with flushed cheeks and dripping in sweat. Suitable for all levels, not previous experience required.
Ride and Core
Ride and Core is 30 minutes of spin and 20 minutes of core/strength. The strength section is split into blocks: block one is short intervals of exercises (planks, Russian twists, push-ups, etc.) and block two is AMRAP with 4-6 reps of each exercise (burpee, slams, v-sits, etc.).
Boxing & Combat
Students will be taught the basic fundamentals of the sport of boxing in a judgement-free, zero-intimidation atmosphere. They will start with the correct boxing stance, then move into punch techniques. All students will learn how to properly use the array of bags offered at The Reebok HQ Fitness Facility. Students will develop defensive skills and learn the slick art of slipping punches and countering blows with a variety of combinations.
You can expect to burn in upwards of 1200+ calories during a single class. Our instructors will push you beyond your comfort zone to achieve those much sought after results.
The Combat Training Program has been in existence for over 4 years now, and we constantly change focuses to challenge our students. This methodology is a high priority and we pride ourselves on creating a fun, intimidation-free, results driven environment for anyone and everyone looking to step outside the box.
Who Is Boxing For?
The Combat Training program prides itself on the principle that boxing is for everyone. Our students include both men and women, of all experience levels with different goals and desires. All you have to is show up, work hard and make your health and fitness a priority. We will take care of the rest.
What You Can Expect:
Class begins with a variety of different warm ups, then moves into bag drills, mitt drills, or a combination of the two. The second part of the workout focuses on core strength and conditioning, and in the final part of class we hit the abs.
Be prepared to sweat, sweat, and sweat some more. This not a watered-down version of boxing. You will learn the same drills as competitive fighters.
One final thing, never try to guess what you will be doing in class…you will be WRONG. And, you won’t be disappointed.
