EVENT 1 – 100s (18 Min Cap)

Before the event begins, teams must declare the male and female pairings to their assigned judge for the event, Pair A and Pair B. All four athletes must participate and you cannot alter the pairs once declared.

A – One Male, One Female B – One Male, One Female

FOR TIME: A – 100 Wall Ball (20,14) – ten foot target

B – 100 Power Snatch (95,65)

A – 100 Shoulder to Overhead (95,65)

B – 100 Burpees Over Bar

 At 3,2,1 go… Pair A enters the event and will complete 100 Wall Balls total, one athlete works at time. Once 100 reps of Wall Ball are complete, Pair B enters the event and will begin 100 reps of Power Snatch total, one athlete works at a time. Once 100 reps of Power Snatch are complete, Pair A reenters the event to complete 100 Shoulder to Overhead total. Once 100 reps of Shoulder to Overhead are complete, Pair B reeneters the event to complete 100 Burpees Over Bar total and finish the event.

Score for the event is time. If not completed within the cap, :01 will be added to the time cap for every rep left unfinished.

Each team will have (1) 20# med ball, (1) 14# med ball, (1) 95# Barbell, (1) 65# Barbell.

Each rep of a successful Wall Ball begins with a squat with crease of hip below top and the knee and finishes with the ball clearly hitting the assigned target.

Each rep of a successful Power Snatch begins with both plates making contact with the ground and finishing at lockout with elbows, hips, and knees all locked out. The barbell may not make contact with the body above the waist. You may not split snatch.

Each rep of a successful Shoulder to Overhead begins with the bar in contact with the shoulders and finishes at lockout with the elbows, hips, and knees all locked out. Any variety of press, push press, or push jerk is allowed. You may not split jerk.

Each rep of a successful Burpee begins with athlete lowering body to the ground and the chest and thighs making contact with ground. Athlete must then clear the bar with both feet taking off and landing at the same time. The athlete does not need to achieve hip extension during the jump.

Standards for the movements will be briefed on site during the athlete meeting and the standards announced there will hold. Judges have the final say on what constitutes a successful rep.

EVENT 2 – 3RM Thruster (12 Min Cap)

Before the event begins the barbell must be empty and all plates stacked in the proper position.

FOR COMBINED LOAD:

12 Minutes to Establish 3RM Thruster

 At 3,21, go… Athletes can begin building the bar and lifting. Once weight goes on the bar, it cannot be lifted at a lighter load. Score for the event is the combined total of the heaviest successful 3RM Thruster.

For our purposes, the Thruster must be one continuous motion from the descent to overhead lockout. You cannot thruster-jerk for a successful rep. A successful rep must finish at lockout with your shoulders hips and knees locked out and your feet on the same plane. You may power clean then squat the first rep as long as there is no break in progress once the squat begins. You may pause in the front rack position before starting the descent for reps 2 or 3. There is no requirement to keep the feet static.

Two important stipulations: 1.) Athletes must announce their lift to the judge before they attempt it. If they wrongly announce the weight — it is a NO LIFT. 2.) Athletes may not perform a lift while there are any additional plates or persons within the coned area. If they perform a lift while something or someone is in the area — it is a NO LIFT.

Each team will be provided with (1) 45# barbell and 365# in plates. All teams will have the same weight allotment.

Score for the event is combined weight of heaviest successful lift of each athlete.

EVENT 3 – 4x4x4 (12 Min Cap)

FOR REPS: 4 Min of OHS (165, 115)

4 Min of Toes to Bar

4 Min of Bar Muscle Ups

At 3,2,1 go… Team will begin to accumulate reps of OHS for 4:00, with one athlete working at a time. As soon as 4:00 expires, team will begin to accumulate reps of Toes to Bar for 4:00, with one athlete working at a time. As soon as 4:00 expires, team will begin to accumulate reps of Bar Muscle Ups for 4:00. Score for the event is the combined total of all successful reps.

For our purposes, the OHS will be successful when the athlete squats with the crease of the hip below the top of the knee and stands to lockout of the hips and knees. The Toe to Bar will be successful when the athlete starts swing with both heels behind horizontal plane and finishes with both feet in contact with the bar at the same time. The Bar Muscle Up will be successful with the athlete beginning the movement at full lockout and finishing the movement with the athletes torso clearly above the bar at full lockout. No uprises will be allowed.

Each team will be provided with 165# barbell and 115# barbell, their own TTB station, and their own station for BMU. The BMUs will be a single height. Athletes may help bring other athletes up to the bar.

Score for the event is combined successful reps of all movements.

  THE FINAL

After Event 3, the field will be narrowed down to the TOP 10 Teams. The TOP 10 will compete in (2) heats of five to determine our Reebok CrossFit ONE Spring Cup Champion.

15 Burpee Box Over Jumps (24)

30 Chest to Bar

15 Cleans (205, 145)

60 Double Unders

Lunge 75ft (135) – Overhead for Males / Any Way for Ladies
