Workout of the day posted here daily!

Express WOD - Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu
Class is designed to get the you moving for 45 minutes including a warm-up and a workout. No barbells are included in this class but objects such as KBs, DBs, sleds and sandbags will still be utilized

Women’s Class - Tue, Thu
This class will only be for the women of Reebok. The workout of the day will be the same as the daily programming and give women a chance to bring a lot of girl power to the box and get after it!

Open Gym – Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu
Un-coached open gym, possibly train with the coaching staff!
