Workout of the day posted here daily!

MWWOD - 11:15-12:00
Class is designed to get the you moving for 45 minutes including a warm-up and a workout. No barbells are included in this class but objects such as KBs, DBs, sleds and sandbags will still be utilized

**

Women’s Strength Class - Tuesday/Thursday 7:30-8:30
This class is for the women of Reebok CrossFit ONE stronger and more confident in weightlifting. If you have ever felt like you need to squat more, lift more, and learn more about weightlifting, this is the class for you! There will be a lift off at the end of the cycle, to test our gains!

Women’s Only Class - Tuesday/Thursday 2:00 – 3:00pm
This class will only be for the women of Reebok. The workout of the day will be the same as the daily programming and give women a chance to bring a lot of girl power to the box and get after it!

RCFONE Strength Class – Tuesday/Thursday – 3:00— 4:00pm
This class combines of Power lifting, Olympic lifting, Strongman and Auxiliary into one session, twice a week. This will give you a broad exposure to the lifts and get some extra time under tension and pursue your goals to get a little stronger. There will be a lift off at the end of the cycle, to test our gains!

Open Gym – Mon–Fri 8:30 – 10:30
Un-coached open gym, possibly train with the coaching staff!
